Metabolic Typing questionnaire

Thank You...

...for giving me the opportunity to stay in touch with you. I'll send a message in a day or two to see how you are doing and whether I can be of any further help.

This questionnaire is based on the work of William Wolcott whose research resulted in the book “The Metabolic Typing Diet". This is required reading for anyone serious about building a solid foundation for health through good nutrition.

Without an understanding of your own "metabolic type" you are searching in the dark.

Before starting here's a guide on how to proceed...

  • for each of the following questions, please select the one response (A, B, or C) that best applies to you.
  • if for any given question you are certain that none of the responses applies to you, simply leave that question unanswered.
  • in some cases you may find that none of the responses to a given question describe you exactly. In these instances, don't worry about the fact that a given response may not describe you with absolute precision. Just choose the answer that best describes your general tendencies.
  • remember, we're looking for your general metabolic patterns or tendencies, so there's no need to get hung up on the exact details or specific wording of each question or response.
  • please answer all questions in terms of how you are now, not how you used to be or would like to be or think you should be.
  • try to be as thoughtful and honest as you can, but remember that there are no right or wrong answers!
  • you may be surprised to realize that you really don't know the answers to some of the questions. For example, you may not know offhand how you would react to a specific type of food or combination of foods. If this is the case, what you should do is simply put the questionnaire aside for a little while until you can test your reaction to the foods in question.
  • though you should not have to struggle with any question or aspect of this questionnaire, accuracy is important, so it's best to take your time and not rush through it.
  • note that you can always do the questionnaire again at any point in the future. This is something you'll want to do periodically anyway, to see if your body chemistry has shifted, which can occur.
  • please note that some questions only have one answer.

Once you've completed all the questions just run through these guide points again and make any changes to your answers you feel necessary. Then click on the "Submit for Immediate Results" button that you'll find at the end of this page.

You will then be taken to a "Results" page which will show three figures... a total for each of A, B and C selections made by you. This is followed by an explanation of what this means and will tell you what your "matabolic type" is.

What then? Well, as you'll see this is the first and most important step in getting back to good health through good nutrition.

You may be asking what this has got to do with progesterone therapy. This is a legitimate question and the short answer is that good nutrition and hormonal balance are both corner stones of good health. They work together and go straight to the causes of ill health rather than just tinker with its symptoms.

To Your good health,
